Second Year | Fall 15'

Project done in collaboration with: Dana Kim, Sophie Lee and Emily Mellilo

This project was designed for Grow Pittsburgh with the purpose of collecting rainwater for future use. Our design focused on providing shelter in the garden as well as collecting water. One of the walls is fully solid and provides seating on both sides of the structure and the other wall are composed by wooden slats that allow users to have a visual experience of the water falling into the waterbed. The roof is angled to provide full capture of rainwater and is also made out of slats to provide air circulation under and through the roof structure.
